No problem ! We are working to make the festival 100% accessible, even with wheels!
Coming by car
The number of parking spaces being limited, we recommend that you come by public transport. We do not guarantee that you can park near the entrance to Arcana.
From Lausanne:
- Exit from the "Morges-Est" motorway.

- Exit from the "Morges-Ouest" motorway.

Where to park?
- Several car parks will be available to visitors. More information will be made available to you shortly.
Coming by train / bus
From the station:
- By bus: Take bus 702 (Beausobre stop) or 704 (Bellevue or Grosse-Pierre stop). 5 minutes from Morges station.

- On foot: Follow Rue du Sablon from the station, then follow Rue Dr. Yersin passing under the tracks. Then follow Avenue de Peyrolaz to Avenue de Vertou. You can then follow the sports fields to the Beausobre esplanade where the entrance to Arcana will be located. 10 to 15 minutes from Morges station.

For us, Arcana should be as easy to visit as possible, whether you are on foot, in a wheelchair or accompanied by toddlers. The Cube building is very recent and is fully accessible for people in wheelchairs. We work to ensure that outdoor spaces are easily accessible even for people with reduced mobility.

How can I volunteer at Arcana 2022?
How much does parking cost?
The price of parking depends on the car park where you will leave your vehicle. We will be able to tell you more as the festival approaches.
Can I enter with food?
You are entitled to enter the festival with food and drinks. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter with alcohol. A control will be carried out at the entrance.

Am I free to exit and then re-enter with my bracelet?
Yes ! As long as you are wearing your bracelet, you can re-enter the festival.
Is it possible to eat inside the festival?
Yes ! An entire space is dedicated to catering and rest, where you can buy food or eat and drink what you have taken with you!
What are the reimbursement conditions
If the festival should be canceled (due to COVID for example) you will be fully refunded.
Otherwise, you can get your ticket refunded up to 48 hours before the start of the festival.
Are animals allowed at Arcana 2022?
Yes ! Your pets are welcome. Please note that they must be kept on a leash. Dogs will not be able to enter inside the buildings unfortunately, the Beausobre regulations prohibit it.
How much is the entry ?
Is it possible to buy a ticket at the entrance of the festival?
Places are limited and only the remaining tickets will be available on site. The ideal is therefore to buy your tickets online in advance.
What are the advantages of VIP tickets?

Is alcohol allowed inside the convention?
Yes. However, you are not allowed to enter the festival with alcohol . You can buy some at various stands inside the convention.
What if I lost my bracelet?
You must show your torn bracelet and proof of purchase of your ticket to the ticket office at the entrance of the festival, we will give you a new one!
Are there toilets on site?
Several toilets (gendered and non-gendered) will be available to visitors inside the Salle Davel as well as outside. A cabin for wheelchair users will also be available outside.
I forgot my print @ home ticket, what should I do?
Do not panic! A digital version of your ticket may suffice. Go to the ticket office at the entrance of the festival and we will find a solution!
