Join the volunteer team

For everything to go well during the festival, we need a lot of volunteers. There are many positions to fill and each has its importance in the course of Arcana. The more we are, the easier it will be for us to manage the unexpected and the more you will have the opportunity to enjoy Arcana during your free time. Do not hesitate to propose this adventure to your relatives and acquaintances, all around you!

Whether you are shy, charismatic, strong, clumsy or with physical problems, as long as you are motivated by this project, there will always be a position suited to your abilities. Do not hesitate any longer, register by filling out the following form and come and live this experience with us.

2. Availability during Arcana

To facilitate the organization and remain flexible, we offer 3 time slots per day.

The schedules are not yet official, we will update the information as soon as possible.

People who registered before will of course be able to modify their choices if necessary.

As a reminder, Arcana will take place from Friday August 11 to Monday August 14.

Here are the schedules by beach (subject to slight modifications):

  • Morning: 08:00 - 14:00

  • Afternoon: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Late night: 8:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

3. Assembly/dismantling availability

For assembly and dismantling days, same principle as for festival days.

However, we will be more flexible if necessary since no fixed position must be held.
