Humans versus machines, a well-known story in the world of pop culture. What if this concept was played by a metal band? This is the idea proposed by Les Projets d'Athéna.

The Athena Projects is a cybermetal band created in the early 2820s by Antoine Leboisselier (Guitar), aka the Technologist, and the Droidrummer HADES-06.

Together they went back to the present time to warn humanity of the coming apocalypse. On their way, they recruited Audrey Berset, the voice of the band, in whom the goddess Athena hides. All three travel the stages and rock metal festivals to tell their story through their music.

The band doesn't just play a powerful and spectacular metal show. They also help the audience wake up through interludes between the droid and his two human musicians.

Fundamental issues, earth protection, cyber interaction and mutual aid, all these are the topics that are exposed in order to reveal what is good within humanity.

The audience welcomes the band with curiosity thanks to the awesome droid on drums and his superb introduction at the beginning of the show. Then, the technologist's powerful guitar riffs, explode our metallic minds and start headbanging. And like a shock wave, the charismatic personality of the goddess Athena, princess of wisdom and war, with her guttural voice, stuns the still feverish audience.
