Synopsis

In a distant world called Thra, the great crystal that once stored the light of the three suns was split over a thousand years ago. Since then, the evil Skekses have seized the crystal to take advantage of its vital energy. Protected by the Mystics, wise and peaceful creatures, Jen is the last of the Gelflings, a people decimated by the Skekses. According to the prophecy, only a Gelfling will be able to restore the missing crystal shard and overthrow the reign of the Skekses. Setting out in search of the crystal, Jen will meet Kira, another Gelfling survivor, on her way.
