Arcana will take place from Friday, September 19th to Monday, September 22nd, 2025.
For its fifth edition, it will be moving to Beaulieu, Lausanne.

How to Get to the Event?

🚌 Public Transport

Stop “Beaulieu-Jomini” (lines 2, 3, 20, and 21) – 100m away

Stop “Beaulieu” (lines 2 and 21) – 100m away

From the train station, lines 3, 20, and 21 are the most direct!

🚗 Recommended Parking

The underground Beaulieu parking is available. Staff will be present to guide you if needed.

The Vélodrome P+R parking is a 5-minute bus ride away (lines 20 and 21) or ~20 minutes on foot.

You can visit the city’s website for a detailed map of long-term parking options in Lausanne.

🚪 Step-Free Entrances

The south entrance (Av. des Bergières) has no stairs.From the underground parking, an elevator gives you direct access to the main festival building.

📍 On-site: The Palais de Beaulieu is a large complex with several halls. Elevators are available, but some areas may include gentle slopes or small steps.

🐶 Animals: Dogs are welcome both indoors and outdoors, provided they are clean, leashed, and social.

Accessibility

The entire venue is accessible and stroller-friendly.

Accessible toilets are available for people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs.

🌿 Natural or outdoor areas

Food trucks and outdoor activities are located in paved and accessible zones.

⚠️ Areas with stairs or steep slopes

The outdoor area in front of the main building includes a gentle slope.

Please note that Lausanne is a hilly city. The Vélodrome parking is nearby (less than 1 km), but the elevation gain is over 50 meters.

Except for the south entrance (Av. des Bergières / Beaulieu stop), all other external entrances include stairs!

Why is the festival postponed?

Arcana is postponed because we have lost the support of two major sponsors who had to withdraw following a revision of their financial situations, which severely compromises the financial balance of this edition and the sustainability of our association.

Will the initially planned exhibitors return for the next edition?

We have invited all of this year's exhibitors to return in 2026; their presence will depend on their availability.

Can I donate to the festival to support it despite the cancellation?

We have a Twint QR code for anyone who wishes to make a donation to the association. These are not tax-deductible contributions as we are not a foundation.

Will there be a new date for the event?

Yes, but we don't have the new dates yet. You can stay informed by following us on social media or subscribing to our newsletter.

I have already paid for a booth space, how can I get a refund?

Your exhibitor managers will contact you directly within the timeframes mentioned in the contract to agree on the reimbursement terms.

What will happen with partners and sponsors?

Partners and sponsors will be contacted or have been contacted by our managers. The association will make every effort to maintain our existing partnerships. We are open to all new proposals and you can contact us at the following email address: sponsor@arcanafestival.ch

Will my ticket be refunded?

Yes, all tickets will be automatically refunded by our service provider WeezEvent, including support tickets.

Where can I find official information?

Our main communication channels are our social media, our newsletter, and our website. All new information about the next edition of the festival will be communicated through these channels.

Will the festival return next year?

Yes, however the date and location are still unknown at this time.

Can I keep my ticket for a future edition?

No, these tickets will not be valid for the next edition.

I was registered as a volunteer for Arcana 2025, who can I contact with my questions?
