Arcana 5th Edition
Postponed to 2026

We regret to inform you that the 5th edition of Arcana is postponed to 2026.

This decision was very difficult for us to make. In order to be as transparent as possible with you all, below are the main reasons that have forced us to take this route.

First, a few days ago, we were informed of new restrictions which would have meant cancelling a large number of our activities.

Second, two of our major sponsors withdrew at the last minute, leaving us unable to maintain this edition from a financial perspective.

Under these circumstances, holding Arcana in 2025 would have compromised both the quality of the festival and the sustainability of the association. We have therefore chosen to take the time to prepare a strong and truly beautiful 2026 edition worthy of your expectations.
We would like to thank our partners, as well as all those who have already reached out in order to help us through this challenge.

Like the phoenix rising from its ashes, Arcana will come back stronger than ever, ready to spread its wings in 2026.

F.A.Q.

Why is the festival postponed?

Arcana is postponed because we have lost the support of two major sponsors who had to withdraw following a revision of their financial situations, which severely compromises the financial balance of this edition and the sustainability of our association.

Will there be a new date for the event?

Yes, but we don't have the new dates yet. You can stay informed by following us on social media or subscribing to our newsletter.

Will my ticket be refunded?

Yes, all tickets will be automatically refunded by our service provider WeezEvent, including support tickets.

Can I keep my ticket for a future edition?

No, these tickets will not be valid for the next edition.

Will the initially planned exhibitors return for the next edition?

We have invited all of this year's exhibitors to return in 2026; their presence will depend on their availability.

I have already paid for a booth space, how can I get a refund?

Your exhibitor managers will contact you directly within the timeframes mentioned in the contract to agree on the reimbursement terms.

Where can I find official information?

Our main communication channels are our social media, our newsletter, and our website. All new information about the next edition of the festival will be communicated through these channels.

I was registered as a volunteer for Arcana 2025, who can I contact with my questions?

Volunteers have received information via email and Discord. If this information is not sufficient, you can write to the following email address: staff@arcanafestival.ch

Can I donate to the festival to support it despite the cancellation?

We have a Twint QR code for anyone who wishes to make a donation to the association. These are not tax-deductible contributions as we are not a foundation.

What will happen with partners and sponsors?

Partners and sponsors will be contacted or have been contacted by our managers. The association will make every effort to maintain our existing partnerships. We are open to all new proposals and you can contact us at the following email address: sponsor@arcanafestival.ch

Will the festival return next year?

Yes, however the date and location are still unknown at this time.

Will the originally planned guests return for the next edition?

We have invited this year's guests to return in 2026; their presence will depend on their respective schedules.
