Event Rules

Security Measures

Several security measures are enforced throughout the Arcana Festival. These rules are established by the event organizers. Every visitor, exhibitor, host, volunteer and vendor is expected to fully comply. Refusal to follow these rules or preventing others from doing so may result in immediate expulsion from the event grounds.

General Safety Measures
  • To ensure everyone's safety, bag checks will be conducted at the festival entrance.

  • Any prohibited or suspicious behavior witnessed or experienced must be reported immediately to a member of the Arcana staff.

  • Any behavior that violates these rules or the general event policy may result in expulsion from the festival. Organizers reserve the right to press legal charges if necessary.

  • Anyone expelled from the festival will not be entitled to a refund. Expulsion decisions are final. In such cases, personal information (Full Name, Address) will be requested, and a photograph of an ID may be taken by festival security for documentation and archival purposes.
