First of all: if you wish to have a booth and organize an activity or demonstration at Arcana, it's best to register as an exhibitor by following this link!

If you don't want to have a booth at Arcana but want to propose an activity, concert, or workshop for example, you're in the right place! First and foremost, it's important to note that Arcana is the Swiss festival of fantasy and wonder. Pop culture, gaming, imagination, science fiction, medieval fantasy, and mythology are all welcome, for instance.

Here are the types of activities we are specifically looking for and can easily accommodate:

• Workshops (indoor or outdoor)

• Outdoor sports activities

• Concerts (indoor or outdoor)

• Lectures

• Demonstrations of artists' work, artisans or digital work

• Exhibitions

• Organized board game or role-playing game sessions

• Stage performances (indoor or outdoor)

• TCG tournaments, wargames, or board games.

• And many more!

Spaces available for your ideas:

• Several performance halls with a stage and technical sound/lighting team.

• A 10m x 8m outdoor stage with a sound system.

• A conference room (100 seats) with sound system and projection.

• Large outdoor spaces on grass or sports fields, flat and well-maintained or irregular and wild.

• Several small indoor spaces of a few square meters.

• A tournament area with tables, chairs, and capacity for over 120 participants.
