Joining Arcana's 2025 exhibitors

Arcana 2025, expects at least 25’000 people, offers free entry to all visitors, is open for 4 days, and has simple acceptance criteria. Whether you are a large company, a public institution, a small shop, or an artist on their first convention, Arcana has a place for you.



What are the Arcana 2025 acceptance criteria ?
  • We have limited space, so don't wait too long before applying.

  • We ask that you be linked either to fantasy themes or Wonder. This link can be presented through your products or through enough thematic decoration of your booth.

  • A few of our zones have further criteria, which are detailed below :

    • Gemstone alley : at least 50% of your products must include natural stone.

    • Creator's space : 100% of your products must be hand-made.

    • Restoration space : only food trucks are allowed in this space.

    • Artist's village : images created / generated by artificial intelligence programs (AI) are forbidden within this space. The authorized products must be directly derived from original illustrations (impressions, keychains, stationary, clothes and accessories).

    • Medieval village : no plastic / modern tents are allowed. Decorations and clothes must be inspired by medieval times, be they real or fictional (medieval fantasy inspired).



Tariffs for Arcana 2025 booths

The base price for a booth is the following : 
  • 160.- CHF per m2

  • + furniture fees (tables, chairs, back walls, etc.. )

  • + electric plugin fees

  • +100.- CHF communication fee


Possible discounts : 
  • For booths already present in past Arcana events : 40.- CHF per m2

  • For the literary space, the artist's village, and the creator's space : 40.- CHF per m2

  • For outside booths : 60.- CHF per m2

  • The 100.- CHF communications fee can be cancelled if you set up your own communication plan for the event (which has to be submitted for approval).
